tbh you'd probably have gotten stable 60 on 90% of games besides like RotTR, Dishonored 2 (which is super unoptimized), witcher III, and Mankind Divided (which is also badly optimized for anything) with just a Fury or even the old 390 or a 1060 if all your looking for is 1080p...

the only reason I go for 1080p is because I play not on a monitor but HDTV since my system doubles as my theater

The only thing I'd pick on is that you more or less certainly don't need a full ATX case, unless you're planning on using extra PCIE slots?
A full ATX case can be pretty fucking big
Mid ATX is probably a more reasonable size
