Huh, didn't know it worked that way in older editions. That doesn't work anymore, you have to use a Greater Restoration spell or use the Basilisk's organs to create a salve.
So now they have to go find an alchemist who can produce the salve, or barter with their nemesis to have him cast Greater Restoration, or something else.

Older edition (or at least Pathfinder, admittedly haven't checked the others) was that being bathed in fresh basilisk blood cured it, since basilisk tend to show up long before you can cure petrification yourself.

Has anyone played any of the Star Wars games? I am thinking of getting one and don't know which to get.
Saga is probably the best/least broken one, at least of those I've tried.

I keep looking at those Star Wars books in the stores but there's so many and I have no idea what the differences are.

I have yet to find a decent D&D group here in London.
I might as well just join my friends on Skype or something when they do their weekly meetup. Playing with other people almost feels like... infidelity.
