Idk. Because she's immortal and freaking strong?
Hakumen couldn't hurt her because his sword went right through her and dealt 0 damage.
Other people do not have that issue.

Okay, that actually make sense.
So she's immortal in being ageless but that doesn't mean she can't die from someone else.
I don't know if she can die the regular way, but the issue with Hakumen is specifically that he was striking her time and that doesn't work due to her being immortal.
I don't think you could kill her with a normal sword or something, but unlike Hakumen's it would actually hit.

I guess he should have just done a regular slash with his Nox Nyctores? What does it do again, because wasn't Jubei's the one that can cut things that can't be cut?
If I was Hakumen, I'd feel pretty dumb.
Hakumen slashes time, it's what Susano'o does.
Jubei's sword can strike evil spirits or something.

Jubei's sword can cut through things that cant be cut (or something along those lines.)
