Shinra Bansho would have been great if A.Shiva wasn't just around the corner. Dem split Uvo Shiva skill ups.
Shinra is great for low cost builds and almost all of the REM cards are just super slimes. Better stats, useful-ish awakenings, atk boosting actives, and super low costs. If there was ever a collab made specifically for beginner players or people that can't for the life of them pull a slime knight from the REM, Shinra is the collab REM to yank. Asmodeus Another is pretty great, too, actually.
Next collab is gonna blow dysfunctional old men. Kapibara-san collab is actual shit. Oh well, at least that gives players time to do things.

That's player's choice godfest. They happen about twice a year. One during the anniversary usually, the other randomly.
You vote on facebook for what gods you want in the godfest. You only get one vote like two weeks prior.
Top 10? gods get in. This includes special gods.

Nothing, they just aren't listed at increased rates during the Player's Choice Godfest (Or if they are GF Exclusives and not voted in, they will not show up at all).
And it's top 30, or at least the last few times have been top thirty.
They stay at their normal rate.
Godfest adds a 3x multiplier on the featured gods and all special gods.

Is there certain Godfests I should look out for? From what I understand not many people like the Indian Godfests?

Indian Godfest is a lot better now because of the new Awoken Indian Gods.
Personally I don't really like Angels 2.
Egyptian 1 is really good.
Three Kingdoms is also really good.
