No, you can post and comment, but people don't necessarily see your tweets and get notifications if you reply their tweets. For example, I made a tweet chain of 11 tweets, but people see only the first one, not the chain. They can read all those tweets, if they go to my profile page, but anyone would not do it, because they don't know to do it.
And I don't know what I did wrong. There must be something wrong with their algorithm, because for example, when I started to browse my timeline yesterday after waking up, I replied to Milbunk's tweet that was addressed to me, and wham!!! my account was locked again because of "automated behavior". Lol, 2 minutes in Twitter + replying one tweet that was addressed to me is "automated behavior" to them? Huhhuh.
I used to make fan-made openings for anime when I was younger. I still want to get back into it with all the better movie software that's out now.

Once upon a time, I used to get mistaken for a bot all the time because I was too fast & obviously a bot. They thought a human couldn't operate at such speeds....
