it's a special way of cooking pork rinds. it is SO flavorful, and the fried fat is crunchy delicious, while the meat portion is SO melty soft. it's my favorite mexican meat.

i love like, everything they have
like i had korean bbq with arisu, and it was sooooo good~

i bought some lemonade from einstein's the other day, and had dilute it with ice and water cus it was too sweet =3=
plus it was hurting my throat
pretty much all citrus juice hurts my throat now *sigh*

yeah, and to be kinda specific, onions should be used to flavor other things, not be flavored. white onions for mild sweetness, red onions for a slight kick.

I used to eat onion all the time. Now, I hate it. Change of taste as I grow, I guess.

Cooked properly, onions shouldn't leave much aftertaste. At least, the few times I've had them they didn't, anyway.

Kinda helps having a mother with 40+ years of professional cooking experience, though.
