Assume LB JR is 20%\20% (no reason to think otherwise)
CEs are LVL100
Test Setup is Jalter 10\10\10 NP1 + 2 fuckboys Wavers 10\10\10
Mystic Code is Saber Outfit lvl10
All buffs applies
Enemy has -60% defence from double Waver NP
Class, Attribute and RND modifiers are all 100%

tl:dr unless you have hakuno\lzo lvl100 CE already, JR is the best option for buster crits
if you cant crit and only do busters LZO is the best option
if you can lvl100 CE Hakuno is the best option because 2400 max attack stat (effect is shittier but that 400 attack bonus is exactly what makes it better in the long run)

basically you will LB Joint Recital and it will outclass LZO and Hakuno unless you have LB. If you do, your CE choice entirely relies on what servant you're running, but since crit builds are better late-game, JR will outclass LZO anyway (unless you are Trubo and you already lvl100 your LZO in which case you're in the clear). In that case, Hakuno vs JR is entirely reliant on how much EXP you poured into Hakuno. If you're gunning for lvl100, Hakuno will eventually outclass JR due to higher max attack stat. But, you need to level and LB it first.

Her anti-humanoid actually gives her defense up against humanoids like servants, so it actually gives her some durability on top of her high HPs.
However, you really use her for that one big damage setup from buster up and heals are 2ndary and durability is really not an issue.
Otherwise, like any zerker, to prolong their life, get George or something. Kayneth CE is still the best CE for her. In fact, you won't normally use Kayneth on zerkers because you want either NP gauge or some big damage setup, so she's the only zerker where I'll put my Kayneth on.

Zerker setups are meant to kill quickly not last more than a few turns. (ah you were talking about buster)
The beauty of Nightingale's buster up is it lasts 3 turns so you can use it preemptively if you think she's going to kick it.
With Kayneth CE, you may be able to use it twice so do the plugsuit trick to double buff your nuker.

And babysit her with Mashu and Waver so they don't all die horribly I guess

So is it best for those of us not blessed by the Gatcha to farm the 10 AP mission for bronze medals to buy the CE 2x, then the 20 AP mission for silver medals for the same purpose, then the first 40 AP mission for gold medals to get another copy of the CE, then farm all of the 40 AP missions evenly for a decent spread of petals and medals?

Can someone help me with calculations? I was using EMIYA as the last man standing and he had like 157% NP gauge. I attacked Sumanai alone with A-NP-A chain with lvl 4 Projection and managed to gain 87% NP back. The thing is that, I don't believe that I should even get more than 30% NP even with Projection (being overly optimistic without any calculations to back it up). Mind that there ain't any CE on him.
