Only if we assume that Taiga has a higher NP level, say NP2 versus Enkidu NP1 or NP5 versus NP2.

The thing about Enkidu is that a QQQAB deck with no Riding (or even Divinity) means he's often hitting for a 0.8x mult on top of the lowish base attack. 4/6 of the other SSR Lancers have Riding to buff the weakest card type, only exception is Shishou who is clearly the best of her class for boss-slaying. Tamalancer/Bryn/Karna also have Divinity, which doesn't do much but it does make those Quicks suck a bit less at damage.

On the other hand Enkidu's NP damage is quite good, as it applies the -20% def down before the NP damage. Swimsuit Martha is the only other servant who does this, and hers is -10% for 1 turn with no overcharge instead of -20% for 3 turns with no overcharge. Throw in his Prana Burst variant and he beats every other Lancer for NP damage except Scath. It's kind of a bummer that hers is strictly superior vs divine targets though, when that's supposed to be Enkidu's niche.

Minor corrections. 0.8x mult is only for Quick 1. Other Quick cards are higher, but still the general sentimentality is the same in that he doesn't hit that hard.

I think he is only pointing out that without overcharge effect it is 20% def down for Enkidu's NP.

Also, comparing 2nd Quick to 2nd Arts (and 3rd Quick to 3rd Arts) it is 0.8 damage.

Vlad's interlude only brings him up to the standard multiplier for ST Arts NPs.

Though he's still better off than Paracelsus, who needs his interlude to go from 67% of standard to 89%.
