I like how just taking support regular mashu, I completely walled it with no deaths and no command spells, double tick charge Valkyrie NP, -30% def party debuffs, and all.

Really don't understand what they meant by Ortenaus. Either they should have actually forced you to use Mashu throughout the whole Lostbelt, or they shouldn't have forced this horrible, worthless servant on you in case you actually wanted to waste bond by using Mashu in the first place.

If you mean for 4*, then probably yes. For 5* though Ilya is the strongest in that part.

All servants with their own buffs and maxed Waver buffs against neutral target. CE is a Lvl 20 Kaleidoscope.

Shuten NP5: (9538+1000+786)*0.9*0.23*10*1.5*(1+0.3)*(1+0.2+0.3 )+150+500 = 69.213

Sanzang NP1 post-interlude: (11658+1000+786)*0.9*0.23*8*1.5*(1+0.2)*(1+0.3)+12 5+500 = 52721

Illya NP1 post-interlude: (10857+1000+786)*0.9*0.23*8*1.5*(1+0.5+0.2)*(1+0.3 )+500 = 69905

Illya does marginally more damage than Shuten in these calculations, though Shuten generally has an easier time gaining NP gauge. Not gonna bother with the other 4-Star Casters; they don't even come close.
Also, for completion's sake, let's include calculations with Sanzang and a Lvl 20 Black Grail CE, since many people use her like that in a practical context:

Sanzang NP1 post-interlude with Black Grail: (11658+1000+943)*0.9*0.23*8*1.5*(1+0.2+0.6)*(1+0.3 )+125+500 = 79682
I would say that Shuten does her job as a budget enemy Assassin nuker more than well enough.

EDIT: Aozaki's post made me realize I forgot to mention something: in a complete vacuum (as in: no external buffs, only their own) Shuten *is* the strongest ST NP Caster, which is probably what you wanted to know.

Misread 786 as 789 when I first did the calculations. Drowsiness is the enemy.

For baseline self-buff stuff. Considering their buff types are pretty similar though, should still be pretty useful for direct comparison when factoring in other buffs, but keep in mind that Jing Ke's Quick Up is only 1 turn.

yq will give you rare prism which you can exchange for 1/3 of 20 atk or hp for your favorite character
