- Ivan is really good at being a sweeper, and you can even use him in boss battles thanks to his skills and NP effects despite the fact his NP is AoE.
- Ozy is a great support + damage dealer, he can be easily put in any team due to how useful his overall set is, and thanks to guaranteed IP he is also good at surviving.
- Quetz is a pure offensive damage dealer, if you center your entire team to support Quetz her damage potential becomes stupidly good. That ability to crit hard is something that Ozy is unable to copy.
As you can see, all of them have vastly different roles, so saying which one is better is very hard because it depends on what you need at that moment. From those three, high chances you'll use Ozy the most simply because it's easier to put Ozy in whatever team you want.

What level, NP level and Fous does he have? I will assume his anti-humanoid skill is at 10.

So for anybody that has Demiya, in what order should I level up his skills? I have a hard time deciding which one is the best to start with, all of them are really good.

MEoDP is designed for instakills against mooks.
It just increases death chance of the mook, not really cutting down defense like other Assassins
If someone has an invul shield or evade, they only cut it down to deal damage, not to deal extra damage. Some Servants have skills or NP dedicated specifically to reduce defense.
I'll have to test Izo though, I only have him at NP1.

Thanks, I only had enough chains for two skills and wanted to know which one was the best for last.
MEoDP is designed as a Mana Burst for Arts. Her NP can hit really hard because of the 50% Arts Up it gives, and as a good bonus it also gives her a good NP refund with her NP and Arts card you use alongside it. It's not meant for the IK, don't rely on this even if it's a 100% drop. The Invincibility Break is a nice bonus too, and the NP ignores defense so you're guaranteed to do as much damage as possible.

Might be obvious, but Ryoma fits very perfectly in an Art team since his NP also drains enemy's NP gauge. So if you combine Waver and Tamamo into it the enemy could theoretically might not even see an NP unleashed. Which means you probably shouldn't worry about dying unless you're facing a crit meme or disadvantageous enemy.
Not sure how spammable Ryu Ga Gotoku would be though. His NP gen doesn't look bad being bolstered by his Art up alone,

Give him Tiger Drop and he'll get that heat gauge up very fast.
It's a lot like the other gold Arts Rider, Mordred, who also works really well with those two and also drains NP charge. It is a little odd to me, however, that the ST unit has a more team oriented skillset and the AOE one is a lot more selfish skill wise.
Can Origin Bullet outdamage BHG (Both LB and maxed)?
