what are the 4 stars ce which effect is, or you guys think is, strong or relevant enough? MOst of the times i find 4 star CE's effect to be redundant, even LBed.

The only ones that comes to mind my beyond the obvious ones like Holow Magic or Art of Death (Ryuunosuke) are probs Steel Training (Kirei), Sealing Deisgnation (Bazett), or Divine Banquet (Sella n Leysritt). Oh and maybe the Luvia and Rin CE from Prisma Event.

Caren CE is useful. Sorta.

CE with taunt, Dan Blackmore CE is sorta good if you can workaround the demerit.

And maybe Reika CE.

I used 3000 year tree vs Demonic Boddhisattva

it sorta helped, but only because you have to bloodtank there and it takes so long

Kirei CE saved Matthew from getting wiped out by Kiara's NP.

Wizard and Priest is a good CE for Servants like Medb, Carmilla, Passionlip, MHXA, and Kiara who value both healing and NP damage.

3000 Year Tree is only good for long-term healing teams, but it shines with those since it's one of the few CEs that allows Servants to hard-tank NPs like Twin Arm Big Crunch or Heaven's Hole.

Mikotto's a good CE because healing outside of Servants is rare and the amount of healing is very good despite being RNG. The only other healing CEs are either Liz's bond CE, Lunar Bath, or a 3-star CE that only heals for like 200 a turn at most.

Noisy Obsession has great utility on units like Marie and Euryale, and if you ignore the charm portion of the CE is a budget Gudao, making it useful for a variety of Servants.

Finally, Holy Night Reading is a budget Cute Orangette, and is thus great.

The new Rani/Rin CE is okay since there are tons of Servants that are AABBQ decks.

Which is nice, but I still wish Jalter had a BBBAQ hand. NP gen isn't much of a problem with her. It would make using her Bond CE much more appealing for basic attacks and NP.
