I'm exaggerating of course, but the very nature of Da Vinci's noble phantasm is "Adaptive Advantage". Not to mention, Medb may not be wrong when she said in her interlude that she feels Da Vinci may be able to Class Modify/Change to give herself an advantage. Combined with her Natural Intelligent at EX rank, Da Vinci may just humor Medb, while simultaneously being 100 steps ahead of her.
