I think we can safely assume the same thing for Cu Alter too. I really wish they'd actually clarify that in the Berserker sheets. Looking at almost all of the new GO Berserkers' parameters, you can assume with some of them if they have their parameters with the ME boosts based on how high - or low, as is the case with Kiyohime - their listed parameters are, but the rest can either go both ways or are just kinda all over the place.Originally Posted by Zork Knight

I'm headcanoning that Raikou's lightning burst gives her momentary super speed which is why the skill has a dodge tagged on.
How is it sad? It's not like she'd lose that part of her as Saber. Much like Kiyo still has ME EX as Lancer.

If there's something about your legend that qualifies you for Berserker, you have the potential to appear as a Berserker, and that's what matters here.

It's been a long time since FSN and we have lots of examples now which suggest this, yes.
I'd assume FGO at least has all Berserkers in the same state, whether that's with boosts or without boosts.

Either way the Berserker class container had super awful base stats so it's no wonder Berserkers have crappy stats without ME.

Most likely not. We know that Cu Alter has the boost if we compare his parameters to those of his Lancer version. We can also safely assume that Caligula and Nightingale are boosted because there is no way in hell that those are their base stats. The problem comes up when you try to assume the same thing for characters that have an E in one parameter but have ME ranks that are supposed to raise that parameter, and at the same time have other parameters that are pretty high to be their base stats, like Asterios, Darius and Tamamo Cat. Then there's Kiyohime, who, by definition, cant't be boosted.

considering we know now that ME isn't something that can be turned off does that even matter?
Furthermore we known its possible to have nothing in a stat, eg Dantes.
