I just remembered thought of something. ME EX is unique as with all EX skills. For ME, having an EX rank is more of a 'mental state' that's innately mad and thus are not affecting stats.

As such, stat boosts should generally only apply for ME of rank A to E (pluses and minuses included).

Sorry, shouldn't have said remembered. More like, going down every ME EX Servants' info. Notice the trend that's not available in regular ME Servants that's been stated before. Rather, for the most parts, ME EX Servants generally have a mostly 'healthy' state of mind with an exception of the certain inane madness like Kiyohime's despising of lies.

You misunderstood. I wasn't questioning parameters that are out of the ordinary. What I was saying was that if all Berserker parameters include the ME boost, given that ME can't be turned off, then how are there Berserkers with E-rank stats.

But did you consider the possibility that, you know, those particular parameters are too low it stays the same even with boosts?

I don't think it's safe to make the same assumption for all those other characters based on a single exceptional case, especially since it wouldn't make much sense for almost all of them.

I did actually, but then I stopped considering it given that there is absolutely nothing to support that theory.

I figured Edmond's luck was a result of him being both spectacularly lucky and unlucky at more or less the same time. Life ruined, immeasurable wealth as a result. So his luck stat is 'WTF how do I quantify this' and it's left blank.

S'actually kinda fitting that he resembles Komaeda, really.

As it's never referenced he has null luck and in Mat III it appears as ? and not - anymore, my theory is that he is just using the conceal his parameters and class part of Monte Cristo Mythologie to show his luck stat like that because of being edgy and all of that. It sounds like something he would do.

You have Kintoki if you want a Berserker turning into a Super Saiy-, I mean Super Strong in a specific situation, though in his case he goes red rather than GOLDEN. In fact, I am surprised he doesn't go that way knowing his love for anything GOLDEN.

Parameters are Rank-Up, but is deprived of most reason.
Even when under Mad Enhancement Spartacus is able to hold a conversion. He is fixated on "always making the most difficult choice," so essentially, a mutual understanding with him is impossible.

As for how to explain Berserkers with E rank stats. Usually when you summon a Servant in a different class you summon a different aspect of that servant. Eg Berserkerlot and Saberlot.
As celenik puts it in Apo these are two separate pages from one book.
No two pages are going to be the same, therefore two different aspects of a Heroic Spirit are going to have different abilities.
There are times when the pages are similiar enough that the stats themselves are not different. Eg Young Lancer Li and Young Assassin Li.
Therefore E rank stats for Berserkers make senses when you consider that you're not summoning something that was given Mad Enhancement. You're summoning a page that has it.
There is no reason to imagine a Servant without the Mad Enhancement boost because the Mad Enhancement is what makes the Berserker a Berserker.
That is, it doesn't matter what is one rank under E rank just like it doesn't matter what is one rank over A rank (it's not A+ nor EX) because the Berserker in Berserker form has E rank.

since ME is by definition, a stat boost, hed want to know which part is the "boost"

i just chalked it up to ME EX Kiyo is unique, but maybe it doesnt matter
