I'd really hesitate to say "never" since Type-Moon but if I'm remembering right the scale that gave us A as 50 and E as 10 was an explanation of the general power tiers of Servants, and one of the things that was mentioned was that even the weakest of servants in a given field is above an average human. 1-10 are where most people would be.

It's been too long for me to say much in detail as to why, but I always thought 10 was the lower limit of what the container itself would be, so that said I don't have a strong reason to think that limit actually is 10.

To make sure there's no misunderstandings as far as I know it COULD be 1-10. It being solidly 10 might well be my headcanon.

No, you can definitely think about it! The range is the number of meters.

I'm not a nuclear weapons expert but 90 meters is probably not a safe range to fire a nuke.

Kerry's second NP has a range of 0~2. So I assume that 2 is arm's length.

Yeah, all sword NPs with melee effects are generally ranged 1 and spears ranged 2-4.

For example, taking into Brahmastra Kundala with range 2-90, there's a reason it's starting from 2: it's the spear length, and the projectile is unleashed from the tip.

Well, the spear is only that long for you to stab people with, so taking 4 at most is okay. The throw version, well, let's just say 5-50 sounds more correcnt since the latter would mean you can hit single digit number of people.

The Mooncell is on the moon, it's a computer simulation that's supposed to be the same as earth, so yes I do expect that.
I also doubt the range of the other characters changed because lol we're on the moon.

I just assumed the servant container had lower and upper caps in stats so you couldn't actually go below E.
But ME is a pre-cap bonus so you don't get a free rank from the cap forcing your shitty stat to E.

Meanwhile in-combat modifiers are post-cap ('cause already summoned hue) so those Rank Up bonuses can pull it above A.
