When you speak of something like Proof of Existence (存在証明, sonzai shoumei), it is usually the Proof of Existence of "something" -- a person's proof of their own existence, or so forth. Proof of Absence (不在証明, fuzai shoumei; alternatively, "Alibi") would also be associated with "something" or "someone."

The specific context in which this is applied in the game script, however, gives that there is a "thing" -- Chaldea -- that "Proof of Absence" is being "used upon." As a result, even though Chaldea exists, an external observer looking at it would presumably only see absence. Ergo, the so-called "proof" is in fact false.

Thus, "Falsification of Absence."

Li Shuwen has Chinese Martial Arts (中国武術), while Yan Qing has Chinese Kenpo (中国拳法). The version of Li Shuwen in FGO has "Six Harmonies Spear" (六合大槍) appended to his Skill name, and so the base Skill presumably encompasses a variety of things outside of just fist-fighting. Comparatively, Kenpo is by its name explicitly related to punching.

As far as I recall, it isn't entirely clear in the game script.
Given that I don't have a rawtext of the game script for Shinjuku at the moment, however, it's a hassle to explicitly confirm.

The chuukoku people? They might actually be helpful in your case since they would probably give you lots and lots of chuukoku on how to stop brain safe from lore bombs, it's their specialty afterall.

Bujutsu (Wushu) in Mandarin Chinese literally means Martial Arts. I presume its the same in Japanese. Every fighting style in China is considered as a Wushu, so yes it's a broader term.
