The nine tailed golden fox in CCC said yes but Tamamo said nope, and then in Extella she halfheartedly admitted it as her keikoku mode. You should probably go ask Nasu directly instead of complaining about not getting an answer about something nobody except the author can answer at the moment.

Now that I remember, someone speculated about how Bob's wish was to erase himself as a person.
That's why he's progressively losing his own memories as he ascends.

This may also have to do with the simbol on his back that kind of resembles a command seal,
so someone pointed that out and thought it could be a kind of contract.
Since that simbol is erased as EMIYA alter ascends, maybe by losing his memories and destroying himself as a person
he became free of said contract.

Also is interesting to point out that if this is true it would make a lot of sense, since while EMIYA wants to destroy himself as
a concept to stop being a heroic spirit by killing his past self, EMIYA alter goes into the contrary direction by wanting to
erase his own sense of self, thus destroying himself as a person.
So it makes sense in the context of him being an alter.

Though this is all based in the assumption that the simbol in his back is related to a contract, because it kind of looks like a command seal
and since there's nothing hinting to that, except for it being red and in the contractors body this could be very wrong.
On the other hand, I want to believe there's a reason that simbol is there, and it was so blatantly shown in Bob's art.
