I like how the new Egypt interludes focus on the fact that Gudao's charm is being one of the crowd, struggling and doing his best to survive in all the nonsense that has occurred despite having no special qualities himself. Ozy acknowledges him/her as the population he is sworn to protect while Cleo notes his/her beauty is with the crowd.
As for Kerry, the professional partnership is refreshing and I feel for the guy since he is stalked by two strangers that happen to know another ver. of him and mixed the two together. Hard to blame him for being pissed at that. Kotaro's interlude is very touching while Serenity's gave lot of info dump. Riceman is also interesting since it shows his personality, my favorite being him admitting in having fear when slaying the demons in his legend openly and proudly.
