Question about King Hassan and Camelot. Did King Hassan giving up his at-the-time Grand status to impart mortality to Tiamat lead to him being summonable by Chaldea, or is that just a misconception because we got a King Hassan gacha later that year?

He gave up his grand title to show up and then used up his already grand level power to make Tiamat mortal.
Ahh, thanks for that. It sounds like a cute interlude. Poor Raikou, though.

The Santa this year better be Emiya Alter.

And the gacha servant will be Shiroumasa.
The trick with a new Santa is Santa Alter was cold and aloof, so for contrast the new Santa should be loud and cheerful.
I'd love a Santa Iskandar, but let's not fool ourselves, it'll most likely be Nero. I kinda like the idea of Santa Tamamo, though, even if she doesn't fit well with a Judeochristian tradition.
I've beaten you all and come up with the ultimate 2017 Christmas Servant.
Swimsuit Santa Caesar.
