Blowing up a big rock is not as relevant as fucking up the strongest beings of planets. Once you eliminated all lifeforms from a planet, the planet is as good as dead and can be called "destroyed". Remember, Velber traveled across the universe to harvest lifeforms on all planets it passed by. If it managed to destroy all lifeforms of those planets, obviously the Types of those planets were fucked too (unless none of the planets it harvested have any Type ofc, which is very unlikely imo). Sefar is just one of the COUNTLESS amount of vanguards the Velber comet carries. And each of these vanguards are based on lifeforms of a planet Velber harvested. If we go by that, Sefar should be also based on lifeforms of an unknown planet. And if you want to base your weapon of mass destruction on any lifeform of said planet, you would naturally pick the strongest one aka the Ultimate One of that planet. If you look at Sefar's abilities (no concept of death, must be physically destroyed, bone structure tougher than anything on earth that can withstand the heat of a star...) it really screams Ultimate One, specifically ORT.

There is also slim, but distinct possibility of ORT actually being Velber Unit-03 ("younger sister").

Point is that if you can defeat every single life form on a planet it doesn't matter if you can blow up the planet itself, because you'll already effectively destroyed it

I've been avoiding spoiler but I hear that a fox may play a roll in the future so I looked a bit into it. I've read the name Abe no Seimei quit a lot which made me wonder if Koyanskaya is related to Tamamo ( one of the Tama nine, Amaterasu having fun or Tama while having fun made her by mistake like JK Tama from Extella) could we get an ark for the fox and her past?

What are you talking about. Look at the event stories and tell me Chaldea has not been use for our own ends. Servants summoned creating singularities, using them for celebration, holiday trips, food and material collection, it will be a huge surprise if Guda is not convicted.
