I mean, unless you do a side by side comparison between a Servant from normal history and it's lostbelt counterpart, how will you know for sure? There are Servants that are stronger than other Servants obviously, but unless the ones from the lostbelts break the parameter scale or something like that, I don't see how they would be any different from any other powerful Servant.

My guess is that each Servant will vary depending on the Lost Depth of each order, the greater the value the greater the difference. We can assume the difference will likely be as as great as Musashi (totally different person with a similar background) and Amakusa (same person with a different mindset and experiences). What I really wonder is how many exactly we will get. I would assume at least one per order. It doesn’t feel like they would go too crazy and make them all from the Lostbelt.

I assume Lostbelt versions will be like Shinjuku's Phantom fusions, all of them will be Lostbelt during the story, but when we actually summon them some will still be Lostbelt versions (like how Moriarty still has the shooter Phantom), some will be correct history (like how Shinjuku Assassin isn't fused with the doppelganger anymore), and some will probably be half-way with Lostbelt powers but correct history personality (I bet Anastasia will be like this).
