That's not correct. Arthurs blade trumps Artoria's, and he's male. Bryn compares Arthur to Sigurd and as we already know Gram is supposed to equal Excalibur, we will have to see what type of wank they will do to make it so or if they only make it equal to Artoria's.

At most he would only get D rank Divinity. That's all Fionn and Ceasar got with there far relations to the Divine.

One thing Sigurd doesn't have over Siegfried is that he can't tank, though he probably compensates that with more firepower.

13 seal can be limiting but not by much. Arthur can fire Excalibur whenever he wants, the amount of seals unlock determines how strong that be from laser pointer or light beam. with just 6 seals it's already equal to Artoria. 7 and above has it in it's Anti-World state. It's not hard getting a couple of seals opened at a time. One's already constantly opened anyhow when fighting Servants, Lancelot's to be specific.
