Nasuverse in a Nutshell
Yes, that's where this discussion was headed- how Achilles didn't already have too many NP and we need to give him more/upgrade some of the 30 he already has.
Immortal super soldier guy who was basically coddled by his mother in the class known for having many and powerful Noble Phantasms.
Reminder that the other Rider in Apo has no less than four Noble Phantasms, two of which allow him to face off with Karna and Semiramis on equal footing (albeit briefly).
My problem is that I just don't like a few of his phantasms, as necessary as they may be.

Rider Achilles' chariot and shield, specifically.

Also, like half of them just don't fit with the idea of the Rider Class, which is all about relying on NP to make up for inferior direct combat ability- but three of Achilles are all about direct combat; Fite Me IRL, Sanic Speed, and lol!invincibility.
Also also, the "he's so famous he gets extra NP" handwave is bollocks because
1) other heroes with similar global fame don't benefit
2) this still isn't all his NP. He has even more that were locked out due to his class.

I wouldn't have said a mini-desert created and sustained by an army is a particularly Ridery ability either. Or a spell book, or a magic horn, or a temple city, or a crystal palace, or a date rape drug, or an army of faceless minions, or a sun stone...
etc etc
All of which are examples of using NP to make up for inferior direct combat abilities, which is exactly what the Rider class is all about?
The solution obviously here is to summon berserker Achilles, duh.

Herk actually has a 12-in-one NP, you know
Which is unusable as a Berserker, and dependent on the weapon he's wielding, but I don't see why that currently matters
It's a technique, and tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if a *technique* alone isn't enough to count as a NP
but Herk does have that blurb about it being the strongest if used by his bow and arrows
"Only in my company, will you not be a monster"
