Worms are pretty resilient critters, missiles aren't really designed for wholesale demolition, the Matou manor basement where most of the worms are is pretty deep (although modern day missiles could be programmed to penetrate up to the basement and then explode, if you know it exists), he may well have some stashed away from the main mass for emergencies, etc.
I'm not saying it's impossible to get him with a missile, but it'd be pretty unlikely. With that amount of money/access to hardware you'd have better odds hiring a PMC to storm the house and burn it from the bottom up.
So during the KnK movies, Fujino got her appendicitis destroyed by Ryougi. So, when Fujino became a Servant/Counter Guardian, why did the pain come back? And also, I heard that Fujino would suffer this pain forever so why couldn't she just ask Servant Ryougi to destroy her appendicitis again?

I think even pulling the senile card had its limits since he still seems able to use his research effectively when he wants. He literally threw her together as a makeshift duct tape grail and it happened to work because she had the potential, so you would attribute it more to her logically than him.
Besides, even way back 200 years prior he didn't seem to make any failsafes, and since he doesn't pass on his actual crest to anyone or take apprentices, he pretty much set himself up to fail.

I don't really understand the use of this Noble Phantasm, because every named sword technique in this franchise is out of his league and the basic sword fighting techniques that the other servants have it's never really that important.
Sasaki is like the one dude who basic sword skills are said to be out of this world and he has a skill that stops people from grasping his ability in the first place

Reading Okita Alter's NP description remind me of how none of the counter guardians managed to do anything against the Beasts on their own. She has one of the strongest NP for known counter guardians but all Beasts we've seen have nega-something to no sell all these.
Alter. MC and Ryouma taking over territories to win the war. Li is one of the obstacles.
Li was an independent guy or was he working for one of the armies?
