The question was more if that was the case since it wasn't really mentioned anywhere in the story, not so much if it was possible. Because I mean in Okita's case it's less like Emiya's since it's not really a choice she makes to be deathly sick at birth, hence why I assumed it had to be a different timeline where that happened.
