Musashi mentions eyepatch soooo
If the guy really is Gustav II he might help us since he has a Nobu mystery-killing vibe
what sort of role do you think the archer with the canon is going to play in the lostbelt chapter?
You know on the topic of recurring characters I have a few theories on who would show up.
First Scherazade. So far the EoR chapters have explained stuff that hadn't been shown in the Part 2 story. Shinjuku on how Holmes joined Chaldea and Shimousa on how the protag knew Musashi. As for how the other two, Salem is pretty easy since in the end it established another Servant traveling through time and space(hello lovecraft Loli), Argatha is more hard tho. But looking it over, Argatha was a story about Scherazade and is a turning point in her character. Plus given her Anti-king speciality that would probably be useful when the main bad guys in Lostbelts are gonna be "Kings" so yeah I can see her showing up as a Chekhov gun for a Kings hax powers somewhere down the line.
The other one I can think of is Jason, mainly because what they said in Drake's recent interlude and after all the apparent foreshadowing in Bryn's I will take Tesla's comment to heart that Jason will show up sooner or later.
Everything else like my wish for Siegfried and Eric to show up in the next Lostbelt is purely my wishful, very wishful hopes

To early to tell. We literally have no other info

I will go with the long shot and predict that Ophelia has two servants and Cannon Archer is one of them.
Kiyo had big role in Shimousa.
On the subject of dimension hopping, is it explained how Arthur and Musashi can do it? I though dimensional-shenanigan were the speciality of Zelrech only?
there isnt any, per se, that explains the mechanism
for musashi, she's just described as a kind of singular existence

Mmmm, symbolism...
After a short read about Gustav Adolf, I think Cannon is very plausible to be him. Nationality wise, it would make sense for him to be in a Norse-centric world. More so than him being Napoleon.
And he got a giant cannon named after him too.
