The Moon Cell records the same data as the Throne AND everything else besides. That's what it does. It records everything that happens on Earth, including people that wouldn't ascend to the Throne for whatever reason.

Nope. Moon Cell access the throne to summon servants into SE.RA.PH, giving them the digital body. And the reason for how it can access the throne is because it records everything, including stuffs on the throne. Being able to summon servants require it to be pulling heroic spirit data from the throne, and the reason why it can pull is because it records things like throne. Similarly, it can also connect to the realm of gods to pull power from Venus to buff Nero is because it also recorded data about gods. In short, regardless of w/e records it might collected, those are just the conditions for it to connect to the throne/realm of gods to summon servants/pull gods.

Agreed. He is way too... boisterous. I'm hoping this is only because his Archer incarnation is based on the myths surrounding him, and his Rider incarnation is more serious, but as it is, he's way too... friendly. Like Iskander, but with none of the majesty.

It probably is the case. As Archer he represents the dreams, hopes, and pontential of humanity. As Rider he'd be him as a general and tactiction since he would control his army. Also his Rider form is shorter so it's likely take some quest from historical Napoleon
