I thought the Ancestors were never formed as a team in Fate-type timelines, unlike the Tsukihime-type timelines?
Yeah but FGO's shtick is dealing with timelines that are lost, broken, wrong, etc.
Also remember that the very interview where that came up mentions that "lol well even though Servants and DAA are an exclusive either/or thing there's also timelines where there are both."
