Seems like a very lazy explanation, specially when they even say that QSH should not even be happening (I think I saw somebody mentioning that Consort Yu said that in her lines). At least they should just mention something like the Chaldea summoning system is being affected by the Lostbelts, which I would accept since well, we have Xiang Yu with the body he has in SIN, but with the memories from the Pan-human history.

Buuut is the Wandering Sea actually letting all the Servants wander around like they did in Chaldea? I know we brought Nezha with us but the fact that we ONLY brought Nezha implies limited resources.

Keep in mind that arriving at the Wandering Sea and going to the Lostbelt happened very close to each other, so they probably had no time to summon everybody.

Well, every playable Servant in the game is supposed to be in Chaldea apart from Musashi, right? So she SHOULD be there. I guess it's just a matter of whether they feel like addressing that or not at least to the extent of 'sorry I don't know anything I was too busy fangirling a glowing centaur.'

I mean, that is how Guda usually operates. Show up with Mash, setup leyline, summon Servants on a per-case basis to fight. ( and c) ally themselves to local good guy faction of the week/attract and contract stray Servants).

Keep in mind that arriving at the Wandering Sea and going to the Lostbelt happened very close to each other, so they probably had no time to summon everybody.

It’s simple: the Throne of Heroes is outside of time. That’s why you can summon EMIYA to begin with as even killing Shirou wouldn’t erase him. Qin even mentions if you summon him before doing the lostbelt that it was before the chronological order.

So yeah the guy's obsessed with mercury. No wonder his animation is basically a glorified Volumen Hydrargyrum
