Can just do it like SMT Dx2. If you choose option 1 -> a new map shows up and you go there for ending 2. Then you can replay the event where you choose the options -> choose option 2 -> a new map shows up and you go there for ending 2...etc etc. They literally made Law/Neutral/Chaos ending that way.

Can you imagine how so many people who skipped the story a lot would get fucked up when they realise that the choices in the story that seemed insignificant and skippable actually would change the ending? What a great sense of loss that would be for people skipping the story.

That can be solved by doing it like SMT Dx2. They basically marked the stages in which the choices matters and if you want to reset your choices, replay that stage. I think it can be even easier for FGO since they can easily implement that in the material menu in My Room, you play the scene in the archive and the flag changes accordingly.

Nope. The body is fully hers now. It's one of the many bodies she used back in the days. Basically the human body is her vessel to act in the world similar to Golden Fox and Daji. Even as a full deity that is her body so nope, no pseudo servant. Pseudo servant only happens when you summon a spirit normally cannot be summoned and must use another body. Here we summoned bunrei female Quetz instead if the male one, simple as that.
