Going off of geographical location alone, shouldn't the Patchwork London Singularity be within the area of the British Lostbelt? Has that been referenced?

Yeah, I got some of that when they cut to all the London servants fighting, but the stairway toheavenRhongomyniad was pretty much straight out of HA

Kind of odd Astraea seems to recognize Emiya to the point of calling him "Sherou", even if she wonders why she called him that, but then ones like Parvati or Ishtar or Kama don't have similar recognition (beyond recognizing more tye Servant in Ishtar's case)
Makes me wonder if those lines are being saved or something. Then again who knows how Astraea might react there.
