Nothing interesting for the interludes, simple summary as follows:
Arthur:
With some help from Mr P, Guda get the Prototype servants+ Mord to get Arthur to fight and open up. The guy admit that he is keeping his distance for fear of leaving tracks in this world, and he is hunting Beast 6 for the third time. With Ozy's bombardment and Roma's advice, he finally opens up and relax in Chaldea, once again swearing an oath to help Guda defend this world while Guda in return swear an oath to aid Arthur dealing with the Beast 6 when the time comes.
Oki:
She admits that Guda has made her enjoy life in Chaldea and the outside world despite all the attention she has, but locks herself up when she misunderstood that Guda has gotten tired of her when the truth is Guda did not want to disturb her drawing. After a good beating from Kiyohime and Guda understanding her contradicting emotions to her life, Oki confess that she can only stand the attention with Guda by her side. Clearing the misunderstanding, Oki returns back to usual Chaldea life, enjoying some privacy thanks to Beni who gave her a Do Not Disturb sign, and servants respecting her privacy. The door is always open for Guda and she decides to hide her feelings as her treasure for now.
Raikou:
It is revealed that her mom's sacrifice for her made Raikou sees motherhood as a shining beacon of greatness, admires and aspiring to be one. However, her father only see her as the warrior she is to defend Japan, denying her again and again of motherhood, stuffing his children as her fake to maintain facade that she is male, creating a huge confusion and unhappiness in Raikou that she eventually changed from a doting parent figure to Kintoki to a workaholic who only thinks of killing threats and nothing else. Talks of her supposed children is the switch to turn her into this workaholic personality, though Kintoki and Guda is able to snap her out thanks to Purple using Seimei's trick to fix her heart problem. Sadly, once she recovers, her sanity also returns back to normal and once again see Guda and Kintoki as her children.
Old Li:
Old Li and Monk guy talk, saying how he is avoiding his younger self to prevent a duel to the death, though old Li thinks he will win no matter the outcome. He tells Guda of an old story where he had the change of heart. He was going on usual business fighting and killing his opponents as per policy, but a chance meeting with a determined child who has no regard for his life, seeking revenge and also justice against bandits when nobody does has him agree to fight for him despite his lack of interest in such acts.
He cleared the bandits in the hide out, but realize that the child and his village is destroyed long ago and the sword he gave him to use has long rusted. Li has an awakening moment, realizing how he has wasted his time and lack the will to commit good or evil. What's more is that no matter how powerful he is, he cannot remedy tragedies that have already happen. Thus, he decide to impart his skills and knowledge to people who has the will and the sense of justice to defend people. His only regrets in life is his weakening body and fists, and now being a servant cleared such regrets while giving him a chance to do what he failed to do in life: using his powers to defend and prevent tragedies from happening again.
Even a Demon's Fist can protect something.

Realize this too late, so being summoned is actually somewhat a second chance for him to do good. Young Li doesn't have this mentality though, so it makes the two separate beings, which is nice.
Yeah the theme in Old Li's interlude is that strength doesn't mean everything, that's why Young Li won't be able to win against Old Li despite the former being stronger. Classic Type Moon.

Arthur's interlude is simple but sweet. I was hoping more tease on stuff that happened in the main prototype timeline, but what did happen is nice.
Raikou's is pretty interesting since it exposed the her beneath the mother complex even if they have to maintain the status quo for her own Well being.
Props to old Li though, his interlude seems to be the most interesting
