I don't get it. People who can become magician even if they are not virgin would be superior to those who turn into magician because they are virgin by 30, so why would Andersen brag?
It doesn't matter because Hans can't do normal/spellcasting magic anyway. His NP doesn't help either because it's very gimmicky to works.

From what I understand, it is a byproduct of the "curse from the readers" that gave him the Innocent Monster Skill. Basically, his readers force him to conform with the images they possess about him, but in exchange provide him with the energy, magical power necessary to fulfill said images.

I'm just amazed that people's imagination could make one even more powerful than the so called king of magic. Seems too much of a title for Solomon to bear.
I would hardly said that Andersen is stronger, when in fact he just have larger energy reserves. It is like trying to compare a supercar that has nearly all performance values maxed out with a scooter that possesses a nearly bottomless gasoline tank....
Wait. I´m confused. I though having a EX rank in something meant it either was to powerful to be put in a rank or it has a weird effect that cant be put accurately in numbers. Was I wrong?

No, you're right. But think for a second: doesn't this fit the "weird effect" category pretty well. Basically, Andersen is indeed a weak Servant with no talent as a magus to speak of, but - under certain circumstances - he receives a nearly infinite supply of prana from an outside source.

Indeed. I was starting to doubt my knowledge on the subject.
But that´s it, EX rank doesn´t necessarily mean its better (but it can be, aka: Gil), but that it works differently from normal.
