what did she say in extra

Basically that she'd fall in love with anyone she agreed to be summoned by. She's also not acting like Hakuno's waifu because she actually loves them (at first) but because she just wants to be a wife. That she actually ends up liking Hakuno later is just kind of a happy bonus.
I think that's the gist of it anyway, I haven't played Extra in a few years.

I don't actually know what their relationship is except that she fakes a different personality so that he won't hate her. That doesn't really sound like it's arguing against the idea, if that's what you were going for.
Not really fall in love, but more like she wants to serve whoever that summons her. Twice was okay, but she had to fake a good wife, so she is happier with Hakuno since she can act herself. Seriously, I don't get the problem with her liking Twice first and switch to Hakuno later. It's not like you won't get into a real life relationship with a lady who also had boyfriends before.
And now she's double timing Hakuno and Gudao. Foxy.

She didn't hate Twice for sure, and I'm sure she approached him in a similar way she appeared to save Hakuno, but his character made her change her attitude so that he won't ditch her. She kept fighting with him no matter how many times he got rekt cuz he's a kind guy. On the other hand he doesn't love her or think of her in a similar way as Hakuno, that's why when you run up the stairs to meet Twice in Extra she said "why you two are from the same origin yet so different?".
TLDR: Think of her as someone looking for a blind date on the internet and you two agree to meet. Whether you guys actually fall in love after a fewis another question. She never refer to Twice or Gudao/Gudako as goshuujin-sama for that reason.HGWdate

If you're taking that approach she was already an emperor's consort.
Yeah but Elizabeth actually did develop and admit that what happened to her was her own fault. Not really the same thing.
And I'm not thinking about it that hard. I already try not to think hard when it comes to Extra and any other part of the Fate setting interacting.
Yes, tgat's exactly why I mentioned the way Extra Servants tend to act in GO.
Bringing up Elizabeth again, she clearly acts differently than how she was in CCC and her profile mentions it too.
Also, Atalanta spends lot of time explaining why every individual Servant incarnation is like a new life without clear memories of previous lives because there's too much info, but then some experiences are strong enough that you'll remember if there's an impetus to.
Headcanon: Nasu likes Extra too much he's trying to reference it everywhere so you will remember Francis Xavier as the coolest guy. You can't take away Xavier's waifu that easily, random Chaldea magi.
Okay, fine, but her GO profile doesn't mention that and I don't remember her ever getting hit with a punishment time that taught her to be romantically faithful to a single person forever. So as far as I know she never developed out of that trait and GO never mentions that she's changed in that respect so I don't know why you'd just assume it.
I mean, if I am ignorant of something really important here please enlighten me as to where I am wrong, but for the moment I see no reason for her change in personality.
