Gondorf correctly worrying about the Paper Moon being mishandled by Sigurtr just shows why he's the director of Chaldea. Clearly he saw through Sigurd's nature at the first glance.
That's because that's how it was used. If I had to list every fighter in the Illiad who managed to kill their opponent in one hit I'd be here for a while since that is the majority. If I were to list how many times a stab in the groin caused instant death that also be fairly big.

well, i didnt read the Illiad and aint a history or myth buff. i just wanted to mention alternates uses for the spear based on its foreshadowed characteristics in the Apo story besides the "lol fightclub" we actually got in the end

Almost there.
I wouldn't give him that much credit.
So the Lostbelt King can watch them because of the ice and snow and also hinder their ability to summon Servants. So the ally Servants are going to be just summoned by the Earth again? No Servants like Avicebron are going to be summoned by Chaldea? It’s hard for her to say, but you will not be able to summon Servants in this Lostbelt at all times. You ask if it’s that the Border doesn’t have enough power, or if the leylines are too far away. Da Vinci says yes to both. Firstly, the Border’s damage has left it with insufficient electricity, and on top of that, she can’t detect any leylines either. She says it must be due to the magical energy infused into the snow and ice at a particle level. This is also acting as an obstacle for long-range communications. The magical energy in the ice and snow may be completely controlling both mana and human history.
Spoiler:
Yes they don't summon Servant's in this one
