    In all fairness, she genuinely regretted 'killing' Okita (for purely selfish reasons), and honestly tried to fix the problem (only to botch things completely and then completely forget about the problem after learning of her mistake)....     Her NP is not Prydwen but Ehangwen, Arthur's hall reformed into a boat

    Melt:
    Leviathan's authority is to fill the world with (sea) water. Melt's second skill comes from this
    The water that surrounds Las Vegas is her doing.
    The penguins seem to be Leviathan's followers (?)
    She has a second EX NP that is Leviathan's. Is basically to flood the world, creating tsunamis and such
    The last bit is mostly serious info on IRL Leviathan (Behemot is mentioned too), was not expecting that
