I fully expect the reason for LB5 to be done for is him realizing that he is being used by mr alien and decide to turn against the LB, helping Chaldea to destroy it. But ofc as hinted, the LBs might not be of mr alien's true plan, thus destroying LB5 does nothing to his grand scheme and we have more reasons to go and delete the last of the LBs -> face alien god in area 51.
