Why are beasts able to contest for HS/servant status yet Dead apostles oppose human order? Like I would say beasts are a bigger threat to human order than DA.

It's probably based on how the Beasts are fundamentally based on "love for humanity" like Gilgamesh said. The Beasts and the sins their represent are all born from human society and threaten humans because of their warped form of caring, while Dead Apostles are fundamentally alien beings belonging to Gaia that don't care about humans and merely see them as food or obstacles. If Beasts are an "inborn cancer" that naturally exists within the Human Order, than Dead Apostles are an "infection transmitted from the outside" to humanity.

I could see that but it also kinda feels like as stretch but who knows /shrug
Like most dead apostles are from humans and they do need humans as a food source, they cannot wipe them out unless they are like dust.
On another note, I kinda am curious when Alaya explicitly formed, I would guess post white giant? I would probably say that Alaya probably cannot summon CG beyond the point of it's birth.

Maybe not Helena herself, since she was already in America, but what about the people that she calls the Mahatmas? We know that IRL Theosophy Saint Germain is considered one of the Ascended Masters/Master of the Ancient Wisdom/Mahatmas whatever you want to call them, but there a more for the writers to use from.
Don`t know about Agartha but I hope the authors tells us more about them in the future.
