Was Sigurd mentioned as having glasses in Fragments and I missed it?

Previously I was sure Surtur would be the king for this Lostbelt, now I'm not sure. It could be Odin, but probably not because we have Zeus in two chapters and pulling the godhead card this early seems too much. Surtur will be here either way.

Also, Tezcatlipoca is probably the King for the last Lostbelt.
