The people behind the Alternative book used a lot of the same design elements as T-M official books. The crest they used is just mirrored of the actual T-M crest (minus a star) and they have 'Not Type-Moon Books' where the publisher is.

It was taken off Melonbooks' online store for a bit around the same time that T-M released the doujin rules, but it came back so it wasn't that big of an issue.
