They used turns to describe the Independent Action rank that the soldiers that Iskandar summons have, I think.
They've used turns to describe a lot of skill durations, but I don't recall if we ever knew how long one turn was.
And yeah, it's obviously an ultraman reference, but you know what they say (tags)

It's the same as Ishtar's NP (literally what it says in the profile), but instead of being like a Venus bomb from heaven to earth, it's a strike from below the earth instead, which basically has the effect of turning the terrain into that of the netherworld, which couples with her other skills of her getting a boost while in the netherworld, I guess.
Meslamtaea. Her spear is like a shrine dedicated to him or something along those lines, not really sure on that part.Also which husband? Nergal or the bull.

Nah her NP is similar to Ishtar's NP Angalta Kigalshe but while Ishtar's wrath from heaven her NP is her power manifest from the underworld upward
It's weaker than Angalta Kigalshe but it also power hers up as it transform the landscape into the Netherworld which basically gives her boost like homefield advantage
