I'm actually wondering if that was because of what Fou did or just that she was only powered up in the first place for a particular set of reasons that both no longer apply.
If she was loaned her power to protect humanity / extend her life, there's not much reason for him to keep giving out his abilities once the danger to both has passed. Since Mashu's got a normal lifespan now, I figured he just withdrew back to full Sleep mode. So maybe when something changes, they can go about waking him back up?

The way I understood it is that the experiments never worked since Galahad withheld his power to everyone he was put in, except he stayed hibernating inside Mashu to keep her alive since he didn't want to be responsible for her dying if he left, then relented because she was going to die in the explosion and actively loaned her his power to help her survive and resolve the Fuyuki incident and onward, but things like his feelings towards the Round Table stayed dormant.
All of that is resolved, including her safety without him, so I just wonder if that's why she lost it.
Maybe he just disappeared when she died? Has there been any lines about him just being dormant?

Right, but the part of him that gave Mash her powers? unless Fou dragged Galahad back to her I'd assume she just doesn't have her powers at all anymore.

Mash's current circumstance is one of the main mysteries in the story so just keep reading EoR and you'll find out eventually.
My bet is that when PM resurrected her, she lost her demi-servant henshin powers because she's only Mashu right now.
