Gudako already had her chance and blew it up.
Speak for yourself I like Roman from the start
Me, when Roman was alive: Haha what a nerd
Me, after Roman died: Dr. Romani Archiman was my best friend and not a day goes by where i don’t think of him and
I like Roman from the start, and from the narrative POV it is nice for him to act on his will for once and gave Goetia a lesson on what it means to be human, both dying with satisfaction. Bringing them back again as themselves is just a cheap ass way to recycle things and made their death in season 1 a laughing joke. Dead people don't come back is an important factor and them coming back is just bad writing.
I feel for Roman because he got bullied by literally everyone, be it Gudao, Mash, Da Vinci, or his internet idol, his only shining hope.
Something
Yeah I feel like if Roman came back from the dead then his entire character would become pointless.
the twist is we lose Part II because Roman's dead

Not trying to be a shitter
but I'm assuming from previous history is that you've got a problem with stories that have these kind of scenarios.
Which I can't help but find dumb. Sure, there is a point where edginess and grim stuff cross a line and yeah,, totally subjective
But Solomon's sacrifice as an example of that?
If you really want, or you got a bone to pick with me, we can take these to PMs rather than clog up the thread with what's obviously gonna be a personal dispute between two individuals over storytelling. Otherwise it can just die here, because I know what it is I like with story entertainment and nothing will change that.

Before I saw your edit, I would have agreed and built on that. But now I see your edit and that just pisses me off.

Dont have a bone to pick with you, chill. My point is simply that even wo the sacrifice, Roman already had a lot of good writing for his characterization, both the joke a d serious part.
But the ending sacrifice made all the before even more pronounced.
But thats an IMO.
So lets agree to disagree, i guess

That's fine? I don't think we're really clogging up the thread and I don't want to jump down your throat anytime we disagree about something. Not like we're not on topic.
I'll apologize, I think I came off too snotty. Just puzzled why a character making the ultimate sacrifice is such a bad thing.
