- Is sometimes considered to be the first samurai.
- An excellent calvary tactician.
- Considered to be the first to craft a katana with curves.
- There is legend of him having 7 body doubles, as well as details similar to Sun Wukong.
- When he was decapitated after being captured for uprising, his will to resume battle was too much he turned into the immortal vengeful spirit, trying to get his head back. His head after being decapitated for months did not rot, and every night it screams out that it must find the body to rise up once more.
- Then one night it flies up to the sky on its own, and landed in what to became Tokyo today, so ppl buried the head and enshrined him as a demigod. A lot of disasters such as famine, earthquakes are attributed to his evil spirit, and the bankruptcy of big companies also said to be involved with him.

Just to add on to the topic, I'm happy that Tawara gets the recognition he deserves as Fujiwara no Hidesato contrary to his appearance and jovial personality, both by in-universe characters and outside. The dude's a big deal when one considers the significance of Taira no Masakado's prominence as an evil spirit in Japanese legends. When one thinks of Tawara Touta, it's the rice bag and the centipede. But when one thinks of Fujiwara no Hidesato, it's gotta be in relation to Masakado (I feel that aspect of HS Tawara is less focused upon on purpose by the writers).
Masakado is a sensitive matter for Japanese people, unless Kinoko or other writers are willing to pray on him I doubt he will be ever mentioned in any TM works.
same goes for Emperor of Japan.
Takiyashahime was mentioned in Benienma's profile, and she is quite relevant to Masakado's stuffs, so I think they are setting it up for Masakado.
where's this Izo and Musashi fanmanga come from?

I know it's their own country and all, but I really want to see some Western part of the world again already. There's so much global lore to mine that has been ignored so far before moving on the more relatively obscure parts of the Japanese legends.
He was a great Magatama in Toukiden.
God help us all, she's a tsundere.
Koyanskaya:
I’ll say it yet again, but I really hate humans. Even so, I don’t like seeing humans that have become domestic animals.
Humans should live arrogantly and selfishly, true to their desires. Such a---
To praise such a carefree life, that is sacrilege to us beasts.
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
Been here, done that. Over and over again already.
"I hate all humans with a raging passion but rah rah rah, I've taken a liking to you so I'll now be passive agressive to you."
Beasts love human, that's a fact.
Beasts also fear human
