While he does discern his current status by means of modern era knowledge, any ordinary person would probably faint upon seeing this Servant.
It is due to not only his monstrous appearance, but also his excessively overwhelming power.

Contradictive Mind: A
As the tsar of Russia, Ivan had established a government of centralized authoritarian and simultaneously had laid out politics of fear.
In the morning he would contemplate his sin and seclude himself within the church,
while after evening comes he would take joy and participate in the torturing of rebels.
His mind, akin to perfect assimilation between a saint and a wicked man, would randomly change between the two category. Namely, between order and chaos.

Innocent Monster (Lost): A
While being human, he had self-styled himself as an existence on par of "god", and had reached the summit of political power by forcing off the once boastfully influental nobles.
Russia then would revere him as the absolute tsar, while the people of western Europe ended up fearing him and designate him as the "feared (terrible)" one.
THe Ivan in the frozen empire had been changed----been reduced to a monster appropriate for ruling the alternate tale band Russia, by combining himself with a mystical beast that at that time had been boasted as the strongest.

Emergency Authority: A
The authority of absolute obedience towards the emperor that Ivan had demanded, for the sake of ruling over the opposing nobles.
An intense intimidating aura towards the human in the surroundings, it decreases the rank of all ability and applies a severe "pressure" status.
It is hard for normal human to even gaze at him.
It's possible to negate the effect using Charisma rank B and higher.

this NP is the "cross of the divine beast", a march towards the heavenly country that he (believe) will eventually arrive at. "standing in the way of the tsar is a rebellion, a blaspheme towards god"

I'm interested to see if we get the Pan-human Ivan at some point. Any time someone has talked about voice acting for a 2015 datamine Servant, it was always done before FGO started. I cannot imagine they had this idea for Ivan way back, so I would assume they either scrapped what they had completely, or they have the human design somewhere to be used at a later date.
