Your Lostbelt and Fantasy Tree are the 5th ones in the game, yet they're so important.

They need a lot more help. Napoleon might have been summoned to fight in this Lostbelt, but he's not enough.

Bit of news: the CCC rerun is going to have some bonus side chapters added to it, and I fully intend to translate it as it is released. Since no new Servant was added in the first CCC gacha, the new 4 star will likely appear in the second one with Kiara, and this bonus material will likely be connected to them. The rerun is almost here, so I don’t have anything in particular to say, but,

If we are working on the assumption that this is referring to one of the last three Sakura Five, then I willing to bet that it’s referring to Kingprotea, and that she will be the new 4 star added in the second gacha. If you’ve read the scene where she died a few chapters back in the manga, I think you’ll easily understand why this short description fits her so well.

not massively different but subtly

Considering LB 6&7 are apparently dying as of LB3, I have to wonder if Camelot and South America will expand after we destroy the Greek Lostbelt or if we'll just be moping them up at that point.

we didnt go to greece because we simply werent ready
shit is hard and sion wants slow but steady approach

probably she is also waiting to make sure mashu upgrade with not!blackbarrel is ready too

she didnt really say that we're going after koyan, nor is there any urgent reason anymore to chase after her, but i imagine its a factor in her decision

Voice naturally changing

Voicing six different characters, so needing to make each one sound different

Voice direction for each scene being different

Difference between voicing a sound clip for attacks/battle/myroom lines and actual voice acting for a scene (a la SRW v actual animated and voiced scenes)

Okiayu is still voicing Lancelot afaik, but I'd imagine those reason are why he sounds different from his regular game lines. Maybe he might have also been sick that day or something.

For seeing real difference, compare his very brief dialogue voice in F/Z to now.

You get them as you clear some of the main story quests, which means they are timelocked, in a sense.
