altera in story doesnt get sick because of combination of Natural Body and natural resistance against earth myth system of gods

but her profile has her becoming santa means having concept of winter imparted to her, thus she became unable to regulate her body temperature that well anymore and lost this skill

which is why she get slight fever now, and is a bit different from usual altera in the head
