Oh yeah Koyanskaya also hinted at him too, calling him the shitty monk that a god like Arjuna Alter won't be bothered with.
I thought it was weird and had no clue who she was talking about since there is no monk in the LB, but it was clearer with Pepe mentioning a monk. Perhaps he tried to pull the same "be my kami-sama plz!" card on either her or Arjuna Alter.
