Isn't Prototype Perseus the same person as HA Perseus? I remember reading somewhere that says that Prototype Perseus is the same person who killed FSN Rider. I think it was in the in the Fate Prototype artbook.

He is the very person who killed FSN Rider (Medusa).

here is a thought.

Dead Apostole centric timelines dont allow for the summoning of servants due to degradation of the human order.

Lostbelts seem to have difficulty summoning servants because of the lack of strenght of the human order.

what are the odds that Tsukihime was a Lostbelt all along?

I'm pretty sure it's implied in the Crypter round table that there are Lostbelts with better Human Order ratings than the original history, so it's not that easy.
