The scene after had him dissipate into particles since using Tsumugari with only a Servant's body is like using Stella. Presumably, you need to have a body equals to a God to use it without going poof.

Yeah, I went back and checked the flavor text and they all make references to Shirou, Rin and Sakura.

I guess Muramasa having L/ZO's design made me question the other two CEs to be more than I initially thought they were.
